The current state of affairs in the hall: We have been doing some work in the rear part of the basement and here's proof:
We have encountered a lot of moist spots (soil moisture as well as constructive problems with a neighbor's rain pipe) in the back area of the building, which is why a company has been contracted to get rid of the interior formwork and the broken plastering in the hall. Especially the fungus was definitely a problem that we needed experts to look at. Yet another time tons of material have been moved out of the basement. The current state of affairs looks really sad but is a great progress for us: Only furniture and the wiring along the ceiling remain, along with some trash that the company will take out soon. The best part (sorry, not visible in the pics) is that they also demolished the ceiling, which at a hight of almost 5m is truly a hassle.
